Update. News/ New turn

Hi everyone!

How are you all doing? I hope you're doing well!!

Happy first day of Fall! Are you ready for Fall? I know I'm not, I'm sad to see the Summer go.



Most of you are probably wondering where I have been and where is new work or excerpts from me. It is a very valid question, I have for the most part become MIA for some time now. There is a reason and explanation for you.

In all honesty I have been struggling with writing this post to you all for some time now, and to put it shortly coming clean. You all deserve that and more. This is so hard for me to do... I have actually been basically taking a break from writing. This does in no way mean I have stopped, I have every intention of coming back at you with new books and excerpts from the work I have done! It's just something I need to do at the moment, I am looking to expand what I am doing (professionally and personally) and with that said I don't have the same amount of time to commit to writing and half-assing it just doesn't seem fair to me, you or the work itself. I don't have writer's block, trust me! I am constantly thinking of new plots, characters, settings, stories and scenes. I have more notes written and typed up than I care to admit to you.

This break (which unfortunately at the moment I can't tell you the timeframe of) does not mean you won't hear from me. I will be checking in periodically with you all and of course posting around the holidays. It's just something I need to do right now, so when I resume I can give it my 110% like I was doing not too long ago. Call me a wondering mind, always with the need to do new and better things, I think it's maybe a blessing and a curse. I understand if this angers, upsets or befuddles you or if you choose to no longer check the blog or read my work; as much as that hurts I understand completely. This isn't farewell, it's see you soon (very soon)!

Wow it's been a while!

How are all of you doing?

I am so sorry it has been so long since you've heard from me :( My schedule has been all over the place and let's just say a few things of mine are lacking, including keeping in touch with all of you... I am going to try and make a better effort to post more on here.

^ London always has drawn me in, I want to go so badly and have for years! It's on the list. Let's just say since the Royal Wedding and the Olympics the desire is even larger! (This gets two pictures since no matter the size they seem to keep coming up grainy).







^ Italy I want to go here so badly as well! (This deemed two pictures just for the heck of it!). What doesn't seem awesome and picturesque about Italy?! To me, not a thing!

Changing it up this week

Hi you guys!

How are you? How has your week been? Any plans for the weekend?

My week has been okay, I had a toe injury/ issue so that has not been fun one bit! And if I'm being honest, one of my all time biggest fears! (So scared for the foot doctor to look at it, hopefully it goes well...fingers crossed).

I know you stopped by to see this week's hottie of the week but I thought I would switch it up this week and next (as I am going on vacation to sunny Florida, leaving this coming Sunday). I am going to show you a paradise place and a awesome culture/ tourist place. (You're more then welcome to give your input or thoughts! I love to hear from you guys.)

Monday slugday??

Hi!

It's Monday...again :(

How are you guys doing? How was your weekend?

I hope it went well, mine was busy I had a surprise anniversary party for my parents that my sister and I threw. It went so well, they were surprised and had fun. The weather was beautiful and all the guests had fun; couldn't ask for anything more! :)

Now that that's done I should have more time to work on a new book for you guys, the ideas and itch to write are flowing and there; it's just finding/ making the time to write. I am eager to get a new book out to you all!

I wanted to share part of the reason why I haven't been writing with you, I promise there's always a reason. It's not always that I need a break- even though I'll admit I do sometimes.

Well hopefully this week I can get some more notes written and maybe even actual writing done :)

Storm...

Hi!

Happy Hump Day!



How are all of you doing? Hopefully you're doing well.

So this post isn't about anything book related, I wanted to check in and see if any of you had a taste of the crazy storm that hit my area last night. I know that it hit multiple areas and states, it was crazy!!! So much damage in some areas and scary moments too! Thankfully that is over.

But did any of you see the amazing sky last night??

I was too busy to get a picture but wish I did :( It looked beyond incredible, apparently the Northern Lights are came further south and east than usual, lucky us! :) If you didn't get a chance to enjoy the sky's views than you should definitely try to check out pictures. Some of them are fabulous!

My week wasn't too bad, but glad it is Friday. I went to see Jurassic World and I must say, I really enjoyed it! It definitely was a movie I would recommend, but I did like the first movies also (so I may be partial).

Decision made

Hi!
  How are all of you doing? I hope you're doing well! Can you believe that we are halfway through June?! I can't, sadly enough before we know it, it'll be the Holiday season.

Anyway enough harping on how fast time flies, we all know it does. I know that my presence on here the past while hasn't been great at all and although I apologized previously I am sincerely sorry about that. I have made my decision that I will keep the 'hottie of the week' eye-candy but there may be some weeks when I do a girl crush on a Friday instead or throw in a picture or quote I really like, not always having it be a picture to enjoy. Trust me though, I know we all appreciate those pictures; the view is quite nice!

If you want me to change this, just let me know and I will take it highly into consideration. Of course you still will be getting posts from about the books and other various things, I promise.

Hope your Tuesday goes well and if it's gloomy like it is where I live, I feel your Tuesday-gloom pain.

Okay, so I had a question for you the readers. But first I'm going to be honest, I haven't been writing much of anything lately; somehow I just haven't felt the overwhelming desire to put the story onto paper. I have notes and a good chunk of book three (in the Creekside Falls series) started but haven't worked on it more. I was wondering if you would mind if my next book wasn't part of the series and just a separate stand alone novel? Or are you eager for the third installment in the series?

How are all of you doing? I hope you're doing well! I hope you had a nice Memorial Day weekend and of course that you took time to appreciate the men and women who serve this country presently and who have given the ultimate sacrifice for us all to have the things we take for granted each day, myself included.

I appreciate everyone in your uniform, thank you!




On a side note, I know that I haven't been posting as frequently on here recently. I do sincerely apologize for that! I have been busy and time is just getting away from me, unfortunately that means that many things are moving to the back burner, including running, writing, reading and the blog. My goal is to continue to post at least twice a week for you all and get back into some sort of routine.

I have been thinking though, would you all still like me to post a Friday Eyecandy picture each week? Let me know, I can change it and do something else, this blog is for you readers.
